Rich was recommended to us by a friend who has been helping along the way with our house remodel. From the moment you meet Rich, you are informed of everything that will take place. Rich will tell you the good, bad, and the ugly. Rich is a straight up guy. Any question you have, he can answer for you. He gives you his recommendations not to try to change your mind, but to help you in your decision process. My mother designed our steps with the risers matching our entire flooring and with carpet on the steps. Rich had never done that before and he not only made it look amazing, but he and his team KILLED the job! Rich told us the job would take 3 days. Everyday he was in here he told me his exact game plan each and every day. He walks you through the process of how he is gonna execute the job. He and his team are amazing people and the nicest guys to work for. You don’t find personable people who are not only doing the job, but make sure you are 100% satisfied with the job before they leave each and everyday.
